Mission Statment

The Universal Surveillance Systems Foundation (USSF) is a charitable, non-profit organization dedicated to helping poor and less fortunate children around the world to have the tools, skills and knowledge to build a better life with a hope for a brighter tomorrow.

Our Vision

To open our hearts and hands to the impoverished, vulnerable children of the world and, through our abundance, give them the hope of one day realizing their dreams.

About Us

“My dream is to bring joy and hope to children who have virtually no chance of a future without our help. I invite you to join me in giving these young minds the chance for a brighter tomorrow.”

Adel Sayegh
USS President/CEO and Founder of the USS Foundation

With its 501(c)3 application pending with the IRS, the Universal Surveillance Systems Foundation (USS Foundation) is a non-profit foundation that was established in 2011 after USS President and CEO Adel Sayegh visited the country of Zambia in southern Africa where he observed the obstacles children there faced in their efforts to receive the needed education to achieve any hope of a future.

As a result of that trip, the USS Foundation was launched to make a better life for underprivileged children around the world. 100 percent of all donations go directly to the recipients with no administrative overhead.

The USS Foundation’s first project is the Adopt-A-Bike Program to provide bicycles to each of the 800 children attending the Nakatindi Community School in Livingstone, Zambia, and to low income children in Highland Park, MI, and Canton, OH, two areas hard hit by the current recession.

This community desperately seeks an awakening and a return to prosperity. It looks to its younger generation for this renaissance, but they will not be able to achieve those expectations without the basis of a strong education, so the USS Foundation selected Highland Park as a participant in the Adopt-A-Bike program to provide bicycles to students as a reliable way to travel to school.

While the city struggles to convert from a manufacturing to a service-based economy, many are left struggling to make ends meet and, unfortunately, those who often suffer the most are the children.
